I forgot to take a photo of the finished product (uhhh the actual martini) – we were having too much fun staining our crafty tailgate¬†wooden crates!! I will add one when I mix these up again in a few days… Ingredients for one serving: – ¬†1 part Pinnacle Vodka – Pumpkin Pie Flavor (I found at Total Wine & Spirits in Atlanta) – 1.5 parts Bailey’s Irish Cream – .5 part Frangelico (or other brand hazelnut liquer) – dash of pumpkin pie spice I used a medium sized shot glass as a “part”. Add all of the ingredients except the pumpkin pie spice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake shake shake! Then strain/pour into a martini glass. Lightly dust with the pumpkin pie spice!

But what I am gonna fill you up with this week? WINNER: A Spicy Bloody Mary Tailgates in the South start around 7:00AM (even for an 8:00PM game), so you gotta start your day off right. I used to despise the taste of a Bloody Mary, it felt like I was drinking tomato soup and triggered a gag reflex…UNTIL…one day we stumbled upon an S & M biker bar in New Orleans (another story for another time) and discovered the magic that is called ZING ZANG Bloody Mary mix.
